What if I'm not sure which service is right for me?If you’re unsure, The Restoration Ritual is a wonderful place to start. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your needs and determine the best approach to help you achieve your desired results.
How often should I receive massage therapy?
This depends on your goals, lifestyle, and stress levels. Some clients benefit from monthly maintenance sessions, while others prefer more frequent visits during periods of increased stress, tension, or recovery. Recommendations can be discussed during your session.
What is your cancelation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows the appointment time to be offered to another client and helps ensure availability for everyone seeking care.
Do you offer mobile appointments?Yes. Mobile wellness appointments and select wellness event services may be available throughout Northern New Jersey. Please reach out to discuss availability and location requirements.
Do you offer mobile massage services?What should I wear?Wear whatever feels most comfortable. During your session, you will always be professionally draped, and only the area being worked on will be exposed. Your comfort and privacy are always a priority.
Are enhancements available?
Yes. A variety of curated enhancements are available to personalize your experience, including Himalayan salt stones, hot stones, cupping, assisted stretching, and specialty face and scalp treatments.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash and zelle are the preferred payment methods, but apple pay and venmo are also accepted. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

What makes the restoration ritual different from traditional massage?The Restoration Ritual is more than a massage session. It is a personalized wellness experience that combines intentional bodywork with restorative rituals such as custom aromatherapy, warm towels, Himalayan salt stones, assisted stretching, and other thoughtful touches designed to calm the nervous system and create space for deep rest and renewal.
How much pressure do you use?
Every session is customized to your preferences and needs. Whether you prefer lighter, relaxation-focused work or deeper therapeutic pressure, your session will be tailored to provide the most effective and comfortable experience possible.
Will cupping leave marks?Static cupping may leave temporary discoloration that can last several days depending on the individual. Lymphatic glide cupping typically does not leave marks. If you have concerns, we can discuss the best option for your needs during your consultation.
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, services are provided on a self-pay basis and are not billed through insurance.
Some insurances do you allow you to submit for reimbursement. Please contact you insurance plan to find out if this is an option available to you. If needed, my NPI and license number can be provided to you upon request.
Is massage therapy appropriate if I’ve never had a massage before?
Absolutely. Whether it’s your first massage or you’ve received bodywork for years, your experience will be tailored to your comfort level. Every effort is made to create a welcoming, relaxing environment where you can feel at ease from the moment you arrive.
